AffordableTM Ltd provides an integrated design team approach to each project.

Over the years we have developed a close working relationship with Structural & Civil Engineers, Cost Managers & Quantity Surveyors, Energy Performance specialists and CDM Coordinators.

We use this knowledge and the collective in-depth experience of construction projects in the north of Scotland, to provide the optimum design solution for every new project. This approach ensuring the most cost effective and creative solution for each of our Clients.

While we work on a regular basis with AF Cruden Associates - Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers and McLeod & Aitken - Quantity Surveyors, we assemble to design team most suitable for each project on a case by case basis.
