Affordable TM Ltd was formed in 2003 with the objective of providing design & project management consultancy support to private individuals & community groups. 

We are not a large practice, we don't have a big office and we are not interested in expensive overheads. Instead we choose to concentrate our efforts on high quality & energy efficient rural design projects. We work efficiently with the latest design & computer modeling technology to develop our ideas , refine our projects and further our knowledge base. Where required, on a project by project basis, we work with a select group of similarly minded construction professionals.

We know that by choosing Affordable TM our Clients benefit from working with talented individuals, each with over 20 years of experience of design & building in the Highlands of Scotland. Our attention to detail and to the specific needs of our Clients has resulted in a strong business referral Client base and numerous Design Awards.
